Responsibilities and Tasks

* Learn and demonstrate an understanding of our employment brand, which expresses the company's unique voice and its impact on candidate experience within our talent markets

* Support brand trainings and presentations, generally support our team's talent marketing needs around the globe

* Help facilitate people-focused content creation for multi-channel distribution, including areas of thought leadership, programmatic advertisement, recruitment marketing assets and social channels

* Track metrics, conduct digital audits of external media channels, report on return-on-investment for attraction technologies and vendors in our global markets, including regional career sites

Education

* Pursuing Bachelor's or Masters degree in human resources, marketing, business or related field of study

Qualifications/skills

* Excellent written and oral communication skills

* High level of comfort with ambiguity

* Collaborative and inquisitive you like to ask questions!

* Desire to contribute to a team, to learn and develop new skills
