In this role, youll develop big ideas by creating and executing targeted brand strategies for competitive markets.

KEY WORKING PARAMETERS

Focus, Scope, & Impact:

* Responsible for U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico

* Work hand in hand with the global network to co-create vision, strategies, pipeline and plans (especially for global and regional brands)

* Develop / Help develop (depending on existence of higher leadership on same brand) short and mid-term (1-3 years) growth strategy and annual brand plans for NAOU.

* Illuminate the brand potential and strategy to inspire key customers and bottlers to drive support and commercial acceleration of brands in key markets and retail channels

* Assess consumer opportunities that are currently untapped by the brand to identify new volume and profit growth areas (e.g., new beverage sub-categories, new packaging opportunities, new merchandise categories, new channels of distribution to sell licensed merchandise).

* Identify key business priorities and work with cross-functional partners and agencies to bring brand and retail marketing programs and supporting materials to the marketplace.

* Lead cross-functional teams on work assignments and tasks; provide direction and manage timeline milestones to achieve KPIs and desired objectives.

* Lead / support P&L management for brand NR, GP, DME to deliver NAOU brand growth and financial targets.

KEY SUCCESS PARAMETERS

Experience

Education: Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.

Related Work Experience: 3 or more years of brand management / marketing experience; Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience a plus.

Work Focus

Ability to help manage a NAOU brand inclusive of key strategies and innovative plans and initiatives while motivating/leading, coordinating and working with key internal and external cross-functional partners to deliver on mid- and short-term objectives and business plan metrics.
