Within the Data & Services organization, Loyalty and Engagement Services, places Mastercard in the heart of our customers B2C and B2B marketing strategies. Our vision is to become the partner of choice for Issuers and Merchants leveraging our solutions to drive our Clients most profitable customer engagements and Mastercard Preference. Moving forward, the Managed Services business is transforming to be a more product centric organization focused on differentiated offerings that leverage data and marketing technology to accelerate marketing campaign performance and associated outcomes.

The Global Platform Manager will be responsible for supporting the overall Mastercards Managed Service Martech & AdTech strategy and vision, including defining the product roadmap, working with our technical team, and working cross-functionally with business teams and partners on emerging technological capabilities like personalization, automation, and AI.

Role
Synthesize and drive product strategy from interactions with customers and business stakeholders while building and managing an actionable product roadmap.
Understand the workings of our complex business and the problems that we seek to solve through technology
Define and deliver high-priority initiatives supporting platform enhancements within a cross-functional team of Developers and Business stakeholders.
Engage closely with the rest of the Technology department or third-party partners to determine the best implementation methods as well as a reasonable execution schedule.
Create, maintain, and review milestone deliverable documentation
Launch solutions that demonstrate product excellence and solve customer challenges.
Work with product owners and other cross-functional teams to ensure effective delivery of solutions to the market and to client-facing teams, like Sales and support.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, other product owners and user experience designers to understand the regions needs, desires, and pain points
Create alignment between engineering, business stakeholders and leadership. Be the first point of contact for questions and clarifications.
Assist in developing and communicating the strategic vision and strategy for Mastercard's Managed Service Marketing Automation, demonstrating a deep understanding of the underlying product(s) and associated business areas and how these fit into the broader marketing technology ecosystem within Mastercard.
Support overall Martech Platforms strategy and vision, understand how the initiatives connect back to the main Roadmap, and ultimately deliver value to Mastercard clients and internal divisional stakeholders
All About you
Do you have a background in digital marketing technology, product management, and platform creation or management?
Do you have a strong technical background, with a solid understanding of advertising technologies, API integrations, big data, SDKs, and tags; Coding is not required, but understanding the marketing technology stack will be critical to your success.
Do you have the ability to gather and analyze customer and market feedback, translate this information into requirements and functional specifications?
Do you have Experience in Agile software development practices, processes, and deliverables?
Do you have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including logical structuring and delivering presentations?
Are you comfortable managing in all directions - up, across, and down?
