The Home Mortgage QAQC Lead will perform various daily and monthly functions to support the Originations Quality Control Group including updating and maintaining Exclusionary, Appraiser, and Reg O lists as well as Entity Mapping processes. In addition, the QAQC Lead will perform Compliance QC activities validating defined attributes for assigned loans, manage mailboxes and perform other projects as needed.

Primary responsibilities include:

* Update and maintain Exclusionary list; research potential matches performing in-depth research if needed using tools such as LexisNexis
* Update and maintain Appraiser lists using the ASC National Registry website
* Review Reg O lists weekly for potential matches to exclusionary lists and high risk reviews and respond within SLAs
* Complete Entity mapping process and respond within SLAs
* Manage multiple common mailboxes to access requests and complete daily tasks
* Assist with Compliance QC reviews including validating disclosures and notices were issued in accordance within regulatory requirements
* Complete adhoc requests as needed
* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Skills/Experience:

* Minimum 3 years mortgage or QC experience
* Microsoft Office knowledge & proficiency, ACES knowledge a plus
* Ability to multi-task and work independently
* Must be production oriented to meet targeted turnaround times and deadlines
* Ability to work with minimal supervision
* Strong verbal and written communication skills

Education

High School or equivalency required, Bachelor's Degree preferred

Hours and Work Schedule

Hours per week: 40

Work Schedule: 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday

**Flexible location --- remote considered if outside vicinity of office location
