We are seeking a Systems Integration & Test Manager to support Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) Test Missile Kit (TMK) operations that assemble, integrate, and test Missile Kits for the D5 Trident II Missile and for the Fleet Training Program Controls (FTPC) Group in support of US Navy Special Projects (SP) technical branches.

Summary of Key Duties for this position:
Manage, staff, and lead a diversified management, salaried, and represented workforce to fulfill contract requirements to deliver the Test Missile Kit ensuring product quality/reliability, cost and schedule.
Manage FTPC salaried group responsible for the Strategic Weapons Facility Atlantic (SWFLANT) and the Strategic Weapons Facility Pacific (SWFPAC) Trident training Facility Segmented Missile Lab Trainers, developing Missile technician curricula, IT and system administration for Naval Ordnance Test Unit (NOTU) Electronic Classroom, In-Tube Conversion (ITC) training for NOTU sailors in support of Trident D5 Missile conversion to support US Navy Operations.
Proactively manage Test Missile Kit (TMK) integration to support SP TMK experimental initiatives which change deliverables, test functions, require deviation to program plan requirements, qualification test planning and support system integration and verification.
Support senior leadership with operations plan and schedule, BOEs, SOWs, provide/communicate status, identify critical path, maintain options for meeting objectives, and interface with Customer/Government Representatives.

This position requires an Active Secret clearance to start.

Basic Qualifications:
Ground Test Operations and leadership experience in aerospace or equivalent industry in the areas of ground test, manufacturing and production.
Knowledge and experience in scheduling and cost while meeting technical requirements, current or previous cost account management (CAM) experience
Experience working issues and delivering solutions by effectively partnering with customers, senior leadership and team members.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Desired Skills:
FBM production, processes, and ground test experience.
FBM Knowledge and experience with SAP, MAP/IMPS, automated framework
Knowledge and experience with FBM production, processes, flight test experience; and flight test experience specifically to include:
Range Safety and Range Weapons Systems requirements.
Potential Test Flight In-Tube-Conversion (ITC).
SSBN fleet experience.
Knowledge of FBM re-entry systems.
Knowledge and experience with SP T9001B contractual flow-down requirements
Experience with continuous improvement and lean process (LM21 or Six Sigma) and Greenbelt certification.
LM Control Account Manager (CAM) experience and certification.
