This position starts at $17.20/ hour with a $2,250 sign-on bonus for all new hires and potential for overtime. We have an open position for first shift.

This facility operates five days a week and produces Barber Foods Stuffed Chicken Breast products.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Operating machinery to ensure the continuous flow of product thru the production process and ensuring proper ingredients/supplies are being used on the line.
* Monitoring and adjusting machine settings as needed and notifying supervisor if machines should require maintenance while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS:

* 6-month operator experience listed on the application (can be a combination of employers as long as experience is at least 6 months)
* Effective verbal and written communication skills.
* Must be willing to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends.
