International Paper, the worlds largest paper and forest products company, is currently seeking candidates for Production at its Delaware Container facility.

We are looking for motivated individuals who are capable of performing a multitude of functions in a flexible, fast-paced production environment. Our workplace requires individuals who understand the needs of the business while maintaining a focus on safety, customer satisfaction, quality and productivity.

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: safely operating machinery, reading factory orders, accurately reading tape measures, gauges and other test equipment, utilizing basic shop math, inspecting, counting and stacking product, accurately completing quality and administrative documents, ability to practice good housekeeping, and following directions.

Minimum qualifications for consideration are a high school diploma/GED (or equivalent experience). Candidates must be willing to work 2nd and 3rd shifts, weekends, and overtime as required.

Candidates must successfully complete pre-employment testing, team-based interviewing process, drug screening and employment verification/background check.
