Support the AF SAP SSS CPMO to manage the cost, schedule, and performance of the contract
* Perform a variety of program management activities that include: Subcontract management, Resource management, Travel requesting, monitoring, and reporting, Monitor and report labor hours, costs, and ODCs, Monitor billing and invoicing, and assist with preparing, tracking, and disseminating contract deliverables
* Plan, analyze, and determine hiring needs based on attrition, surge, and emerging customer requirements
* Develop and maintain staffing metrics and provide updates
* Monitor the initial screening/evaluation of candidate's professional experience, education and certifications to ensure compliance with contract's labor category requirements
* Coordinate technical evaluations of personnel qualifications by subject matter experts
* Track and coordinate interviews of candidate personnel with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition
* Manage and maintain personnel data and billet information in the CPMO's personnel management tool
* Lead and monitor subcontractor candidate submission and process flow; assists them in use of PMO's staffing tools and reports. Coordinate with subcontractor teammates to aide in the successful staffing of this AF SAP SSS contract
* Coordinate with International HR for OCONUS staffing
* Coordinate development of deliverables and products regarding staffing and personnel actions
* Maintain NDAs, certifications, and resumes in the CPMO's document repository
* Coordinate hiring, reassignments, and terminations with HR Business Partners and recruiters as applicable
* Provides expert recommendations to the Program Manager for resource/operations management and ensures compliance with all management policies, plans, and procedures
Experience in a rapid paced, time sensitive, high quality environment
Expert written and verbal communication skills along with expert customer service
Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize commitments, and manage time effectively including attention to detail
Expertise using Microsoft Office applications like Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint
Must have a current TS /SCI eligible clearance and meet SAP eligibility standards. Candidate must be willing to submit to a CI poly.
