Role Summary
This role serves to provide cutting edge IT support to the Global EHS Team.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform EHS Management system enhancements and/or maintenance, or drive and liaise with IT to ensure they are actioned
* Provide technical data support, general system and document administration to the Global Ops EHS Team
* Investigate, trial and develop IOT solutions to improve safety at global locations and/or enhance safety training
* Support BU EHS Project Managers on items related to global systems and technology tools
* Investigate safety initiatives using technology, develop trials of IOT technology in safety applications and lead projects to implement technology solutions to improve safety at global locations and/or enhance safety training
* Develop user guides for various aspects in the EHS Management systems
* Provide user training and ad hoc guidance in the use of the EHS Management systems
* Maintain requests for access to the EHS Management systems
* Be the point of contact for EHS Management systems issues and ensure resolutions are delivered
* Create and maintain data analysis reports as requested
* Assist the VP Ops EHS with reporting requirements as necessary
* Provide ongoing maintenance to EHS Records websites and the document management system web pages
* Maintain EHS Management systems data entry forms as required
