Director Business Process Analysis (R-10223376)

What does a great Director Business Process Analysis do?

This position requires a leader that facilitates and drives change in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment by leveraging his/her strong analytical and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate must have exceptional initiative, be driven by process excellence and making a meaningful impact. You will quickly understand the business in order to recommend impactful solutions. This is an important role that will challenge you professionally and personally.

As Director Business Process Analysis, you can look forward to:

* Partnering with business unit management to analyze the work and develop actionable recommendations for resource management, technology improvements, and process enhancements
* Identifying opportunities to perform the work more effectively/efficiently, reduce the overall demand for the work/processes, and improve client satisfaction
* Synthesizing facts, findings, and recommendations into high impact executive reports and presenting to Senior Management

Basic qualifications for consideration:

* Bachelors Degree
* 8+ years of consultancy type engagement experience
* 4 years of project management experience in consultancy type engagements

Preferred qualifications:

* Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with a strong knowledge of problem solving, root cause analysis, and solution implementation
* Mastery of analytical and presentation tools (Excel, PPT, etc.)
* Strong communication skills oral and written
* Management Consulting related experience
