Job Description

The Technology Product Manager role is a great opportunity to support our team and provide strategic direction. You will be both strategic and tactical, involving heavy stakeholder management and consultation with corporate leadership, subject matter experts, and employees. You will lead and coach an engineering team by utilizing Agile principles and ceremonies.

Our main priority continues to be the health and safety of our employees. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this position will be remote until further notice. We will continue monitoring the circumstances and when we feel comfortable, this position will return to the office in Eden Prairie, MN where you will have an opportunity to collaborate face-to-face with a talented and diverse group of peers.

Responsibilities:

* Lead highly visible and complex initiatives and project teams through the project lifecycle.
* Serve as an Agile SME to a team of engineers, building their confidence and ability to organize and execute their work within an Agile framework while ensuring key dates, target outcomes and deliverables reflect status within project planning and execution tools.
* Actively coach and provide feedback to project teams to improve the quality of deliverables and team effectiveness.
* Define project value, measurement, and communication of insights with Infrastructure and IT Stakeholders.
* Develop KPIs and metrics to measure and celebrate achievement of desired outcomes, and course correct as needed.
* Facilitate project teams through the creation of change management strategies and execution tactics to ensure effective path to value through project implementations, process mapping and technology deployments.
* Provide thought leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
* Actively champion and serve as a reliable point of contact to be a spokesperson to the work within their purview, communicate across a variety of functions and levels to ensure awareness and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
* Prior to deployment into production, evaluate levels of risk, ensure business leaders are sufficiently informed, and content is created to support end users in the adoption of new business process and systems functionality.
* Proactively maintain an understanding of industry knowledge, business processes, and desk-level user experience.
* Help project teams build and maintain a living roadmap and monitor progress towards key deliverables.
* Utilize influence without authority tactics, across multiple levels of the organization, to enable project success.

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelors degree or minimum of 4 years of equivalent work experience and high school diploma/GED
* Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex projects spanning cross-functional teams
* Minimum 3 years of experience working with global technology teams developing custom solutions
* Previous experience utilizing project planning and execution tools to plan and execute projects

Preferred Qualifications:

* SCRUM or PMP certification
* Comfortable using Azure DevOps for project tracking
* Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, manage time and demonstrate follow through on deliverables
* Strong aptitude and critical thinking skills to effectively validate concepts and develop proposals
* Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to influence stakeholders throughout the organization
* Proven success working in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidance, addressing last minute requests with changing and competing priorities
