Job Summary
Position Summary: Responsible for performing a variety of general maintenance tasks throughout the facility to ensure efficient and safe operations.
Job Requirements:
* High school graduate or G.E.D. required
* Min. 1-3 years of experience required.
* Must have Plumbing experience.
* Trade school + 5years of experience. (HVAC, Electronics Tech, Electrical Tech, Plant Equipment, Building Systems, Plumbing.) Preferred
* Demonstrated ability to perform equipment maintenance;
* Ability to operate boilers, chillers, generators, fire alarm systems and associated auxiliary equipment;
* Knowledge of pneumatic systems, plumbing, electrical equipment and controls;
* Basic computer skills.
* Ability to adapt to change.
* Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to exercise independent judgment in the completion of assignments and duties.
* Ability to speak and write English language fluently.
