Watertown Regional Medical Center
Watertown Regional Medical Center is seeking a HR Business Partner. Serving as a strategic partner, the HR Business Partner aligns business objectives with associates and management in the organization's business units. The HR Business Partner is a guide and partners with managers and associates. Serves as an associate advocate. Guides associates and managers to available resources for all HR related needs. Develops partnerships across the HR function to deliver value added service to management and associates that reflect the business objectives of the organization. Acts as a change agent. Also responsible for various HR functions, including but not limited to: HR Policy and Practice development, Compensation, HRIS, Employee Relations, Communication, and other areas as needed. Provides education across the organization for leadership and associates on HR related items.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in HR, Communications, Marketing or Business required.
Masters degree in Business, Human Resources, or Healthcare Administration at hire or enrolled within one year of hire OR SPHR within one year of hire, required.
A minimum of 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience required.
The HR Business Partner should have experience in coordinating multiple tasks, working one-on-one with people and should possess extraordinary communication, organizational and nurturing skills.

The HSC is organized to bring resources to bear across the continuum of care, from before a patient accesses healthcare services to after they are sent home, while keeping quality and compliance at the center.
On a daily basis, our group leaders and subject matter experts are working with our local markets to help develop and implement the right strategies that ensure healthcare thrives in their communities.
