Job Description Summary

The Supply Chain Operations Analyst is responsible for ensuring the organization is tracking to all cost savings targets and supplier metrics reporting and providing awareness of trends. Evolve visibility of the analytics relative to Cost Savings, Purchasing Team Metrics, and Supplier Performance and cadence. Work with project leads, Continuous Improvement and stakeholders to seek and understand cost savings and risks to project implementation. Report and present Cost Savings at product leadership meetings

Job Description

Develop deep knowledge of cost savings initiatives and partner with project leads. Pro-actively seek cost saving opportunities by analyzing current operations and data in collaboration with the project owners & internal stakeholders.

Develop relationship across the organization and network to ensure cost savings best practices are being shared and implemented. Align with internal customers, Finance and Operations to understand budgetary savings andimprovement targets. Measure actual vs planned savings; as savings trends are identified, provide awareness to meet goals and risks. Ulitize Power BI software to support and improve metric reporting dashboards. Work in partnership both internally and with suppliers to develop innovative solutions to improve Purchasing and Supplier Team metrics. Manage the KPIs and benchmark purchasing processes including creation of recurring metrics reports to drive improvements for Purchasing and the Suppliers. Partner with Supplier Engagement Manager to develop and implement methods to measure suppliers to drive continuous performance improvement. Monitor, track, and report on supplier performance (OTD), service level, and provide supplier spend.

Partner with the Supplier Quality team to manage and maintain supplier scorecards (OTD, Service Level), Product Change Notification (PCN), End of Life/Last Time Buy (EOL/LTB) metrics. Partner with Purchasing to track, trend and improve timely resolution of vendor payment issues, inventory, scrap, cost avoidance and tariffs. Summarize the Supplier All Hands survey, maintain and update supplier contacts, and support content creation. Partner with Purchasing, Materials, Operations and Finance management teams.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Education: Bachelors Degree. Supply Chain and/or logistics preferred
* Experience: At least 5 years of direct supply chain experience.
