Join Zinc Health Services, a CVS Health subsidiary, as Director of Contract Operations on the Trade Relations Negotiator Analytics team, where you will deliver value through optimal manufacturer contract strategies. Here, you will oversee a team that partners with the Trade Relations Negotiations team to identify, analyze and summaries current performance and utilization as well model scenarios. You will create, track, and advise on all monthly Executive updates and on-going reviews to programs, and oversee and support Zinc Health Services finances.
Additionally, the Director will:
- Develop and deliver financial models and analysis in partnership with stakeholders to support strategy and data needs, driven by the vision and strategy set by overall Trade Strategy.
- Oversees management of contract processes through contract review, amendments, redlines and signatures
- Engage cross-functionally across the organization to design innovative solutions while developing value for all stakeholders.
- Lead a team to develop and operate tools, processes, and reports to support needs of the organization

Required Qualifications
8 years of experience in operations, quality management or contract management.
5 years of management experience, building and leading integrated, multi-functional teams in an agile environment
Advanced proficiency with MS Office (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel)
Preferred Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in managed care which may include PBM, Pharma, specialty pharmacy, or health plan experience preferred
- Master's degree preferred
- Process improvement or Lean/six sigma certification preferred.
Education
Bachelors degree required; preferably in pharmacy, business, finance or economics.
