Position Summary
The Administrative Support will assist the Account Manager by providing office.
Essential Duties
Provide administrative office support in order to ensure effective and efficient office operations.
Maintenance and submission of payroll with proper allocation and classification of hours.
Filing and storage of daily reports.
Maintain employee files.
Monitor and submit invoices for approval in Workflow.
Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent customer service skills, including phone skills.
General computer knowledge and skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
