The group includes Home Lending; Auto; Cards, Retail and Merchant Services; Personal Lending; Consumer Lending Control; and Consumer Lending Shared Services.
The Consumer Lending team partners with other businesses across Wells Fargo to create and deliver transformational experiences that help customers gain access to credit. The vision for the Consumer Lending business is to leverage technology and data to make it simple for customers to easily access credit when and where they need it. Consumer Lending serves customers across the country through our distribution network of more than 5,300 retail banking branches and Home Lending offices, as well as online and digital channels.
We are looking to fill multiple Product Owner roles within Home Lendings Product Strategy and Delivery organization. These openings will could support any of the following areas:
The Document Services Product supports Retail line of business by creating and maintaining documents provided to our customers during their mortgage and home equity loan originations processes. Our vision is to enable education, transparency and choice during our conversation with customers on their homeownership journey while complying with regulatory and investor requirements.
We do this by:
* Simplifying the document services framework and accelerate our speed to market by reducing technical complexity and customization
* Enabling customer choice for how and when they receive and acknowledge regulatory messages
* Permeating a value driven mindset to evaluate requested changes to required messages with a bias towards standards and simplicity
* The Product Owner is responsible for product planning and delivery prioritization. This includes managing the product throughout the Product Lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, and working closely with agile teams to deliver value. It also includes working with support partners to ensure that revenue, customer satisfaction goals and other outcomes are met in alignment with the products overall strategy and goals.
The Product Owner is expected to:
* Break down overall product strategy and roadmap into quarterly and sprint level goals and priorities
* Deliver prioritized features and corresponding justification based on customer and business value
* Be an expert with respect to the competition in the relevant product area(s)
* Perform product demos to customers, partners and other stakeholders
* Propose delivery estimates to ensure success
* Track and report on performance metrics and key performance indicators
* Leadership and credibility will be determining factors in the selection process. Successful candidates will be articulate and possess a demonstrated advocacy capability with strong relationship management skills.
The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule:
MN-Minneapolis: Min: $86,800 Mid: $124,000 Max: $161,200
SC-Fort Mill: Min: $86,800 Mid: $124,000 Max: $161,200
IA-West Des Moines: Min: $86,800 Mid: $124,000 Max: $161,200
AZ-Chandler: Min: $86,800 Mid: $124,000 Max: $161,200
NC-Charlotte: Min: $86,800 Mid: $124,000 Max: $161,200
TX-San Antonio: Min: $86,800 Mid: $124,000 Max: $161,200
Salary range is determined by the location of the job. May be considered for a discretionary bonus

Required Qualifications
* 6+ years of experience in one or more of the following: Product management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery or agile product owner
Desired Qualifications
* Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
* Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
* Mortgage industry experience
* Ability to evaluate risks and the impact of decisions on an overall organization
* Ability to translate and summarize complex data into understandable, actionable information and recommendations
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
* Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Other Desired Qualifications
* Ability to track software delivery items and make adjustments and course-corrections on a daily and weekly basis in close partnership with delivery teams
* Knowledge and understanding of Agile, and ability to prioritize backlog items based on value outcomes.
* Ability to define epics, features and user stories and collaborate with scrum teams to get them implemented
* Ability to develop partnerships, negotiate, influence and collaborate with other business and functional areas in a matrixed organization
* Facilitation skills, including ability to facilitate decision-making and broker agreements amongst diverse, differing, and/or conflicting perspectives/priorities, underscored by customer and business value
Job Expectations
* This position requires compliance with all mortgage regulatory requirements and Wells Fargo's compliance policies related to these requirements including acceptable background check investigation results. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and required reporting of certain incidents.
* Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
