What youll do on a typical day:
* Develop and manage strategies to grow market share within assigned territory
* Drive success in sales initiatives and sharing best practices for all focus accounts within a region
* Monitor revenue achievement by customer and undertake appropriate action with key stakeholders to ensure that commitments are being met or exceeded
* Develop and maintain strategic multi-level customer relationships to uncover specific needs and behaviors of key decision makers
* Maintain complete and accurate records in CRM
What you need to succeed at XPO:
At a minimum, youll need:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
* 1-year of sales experience in the 3PL transportation industry
* Experience with Windows applications and Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Itd be great if you also have:
* 3+ years experience
* The ability to travel 50% of the time
* Demonstrates group presentation skills and excellent negotiation skills to deal effectively with individuals and groups within and outside the organization.
