The Consumer Lending team partners with other businesses across Wells Fargo to create and deliver transformational experiences that help customers gain access to credit. The LO qualification requirements include meeting applicable financial responsibility, character, general financial fitness and criminal background standards. A current credit report will be used to assess your financial responsibility and credit fitness, however, a credit score is not included as part of the evaluation. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening, if necessary.

Candidate must reside within a reasonable commute to the address listed in the posting but will have the option to work from home.

Wells Fargo is looking to hire a Work Director 2 for our Home Lending Underwriting team. The Work Director ensures the unit's work is completed on time and accurately by planning, coordinating and monitoring the daily activities of the moderately complex work of less senior team members.

Duties may include:
Reviewing, prioritizing, and distributing daily work to meet deadlines and goals;
Monitoring work in progress making adjustments as needed;
Giving feedback and training to staff;
Addressing scheduling issues, including absences and tardiness;
Giving input to supervisors on staff performance;
Representing unit at meetings

Required Qualifications
* 3+ years of operations experience demonstrated through work or military experience

Desired Qualifications
* Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and distribute complex work
* Effective organizational, multi tasking, and prioritizing skills
* Quality review skills
* Leadership experience including training and providing performance feedback to staff/managers
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
* Basic Microsoft Office skills
* Mortgage industry experience
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important

Salary Information
The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.
