Who we are looking for

This is senior hands-on PL/SQL developer position in US North America for its Identity Access Management Technology team. Seeking talent with creativity, desire to be a senior database developer for large IAM technology products to lead database architecture of multiple IAM products. Require at least 5 years of experience with proven track record of analysis, design and coding. Strong Oracle background with high proficiency in PL/SQL, some background in Java, UNIX and some knowledge of cloud technologies is important to succeed in this position. Experience with Postgresql, Mongo DB and open source database is a plus.

What you will be responsible for

As Senior Database Developer you will

* Analyse requirements and design database solutions in line with overall technology design
* Work closely with the business & IT stake holders and test teams to manage delivery

Ability to lead team member manage delivery and provide feedback

Ability to make effective decisions and can manage change

* Play the role of L4 SME for the support team

Communicate effectively in a professional manner both written and orally

Team player with a positive attitude enthusiasm initiative and self-driven.

Ability to multi-task, learn fast & solve problem quickly

What we value

These skills will help you succeed in this role

* Minimum 5 years experience in software development solutions in Oracle (11g, 12c, 19c)
* Minimum 4 years of lead experience in PL/SQL design, architect and development
* Having worked in Unix, Linux Operating System
* Understanding of Java and cloud concepts
* Working experience with open source databases a plus
* Experience with Oracle replication strategy, Oracle security and performance tuning
* Exposure to Agile methodologies
* Working with Github for source control
* Strong analytical thinking and problem solving aptitude

Education & Preferred Qualifications

* B.S. degree in Computer Science or related field
* Oracle Certifications is a big plus
* Other certifications in software development

* Position requires to work with global IT teams other time zones
