What you'll do...
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer professional in our Sunnyvale, CA office.
Duties: Engage in lightning components development in Salesforce to create a custom user interactive interface. Develop backend controllers using Apex in order to develop Salesforce automations and applications, including Apex classes, Apex Triggers, Batch classes, Schedule classes, and web services. Build continuous integration between Salesforce and external systems using REST and SOAP API. Build user interface using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Design and build data modeling for new and existing applications using custom objects and standard objects. Fix critical issues within applications and review code before deployment. Provide reports and dashboards to the business for review of the product sales and services statistics. Correct corrupted data using data Loader and Workbench. Execute scripting in an anonymous block in the developer console of Salesforce.
Minimum education and experience required: Masters degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (Any), or related field and 2 years of experience in large scale enterprise software development environment; OR Bachelors degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (Any), or related field and 5 years of experience in large scale enterprise software development environment.
Skills required: Experience developing webservices in order to integrate external systems with Salesforce using REST API and SOAP API. Experience developing complex backend controllers to validate data and perform business logic using Apex. Experience developing user interface using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience enhancing existing Salesforce.com sales cloud and service cloud applications. Experience with SOQL and SOSL to retrieve related data from the Salesforce database and build custom reports. Experience with Salesforce configuration and administration to ensure data security and build data models. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.
