As part of the Analytics & Insights Capabilities Team you will enable our partners to make decision with connected data solutions and establish metrics that drive business outcomes. The Senior Manager, Analytic Solutions will translate strategic business questions into scalable metrics and drive analysis based on findings & optimization. You will deeply understand the business priorities and help develop a prioritized roadmap of short term and long-term work that will help unleash insight into the value of our data partnerships and opportunities to optimize and grow business. You work with insights, solutions, data and center teams using your technical skills, digging into the data and delivering key insights that can help enable connected data and advance our data maturity. You are technically and analytically savvy and know how to synthesize data into impactful key insights and are equally comfortable exploring data sets as you are discussing future strategies. What Youll Do for Us

Engage & Build Business Partnerships

* Partner with functional leaders to ensure deeper understanding of the business function
* Study current data systems, solutions in place and problems need to be addressed
* Analyze the cross-system connectivity to each other within the function, with other business functions and any other Enterprise functions
* Build functional roadmap prioritized and connect strategic alignments with Technology partners for efficient solution implementation

Build Capabilities

* Cross share functional learnings with the peer Analytics Solutions Leads within Capabilities Team
* Identify common data needs vs exclusive data needs
* Design systems and processes to document data system connectivity across business functions
* Design Meta Data Repository to capture lowest grain data elements from all the functions
* Stand up processes to support consistency and accuracy of Meta Data
* Design Metrics Repository and processes to capture, maintain reusable metrics
* Align with peer Analytics Solutions Leads to build shareable/reusable solutions and eliminate silos

Program Execution & Solution Delivery Leadership

* Create programs and projects to group deliverables to executable modules
* Delegate modules to Scrum Leaders
* Monitor and Control Commitments to Delivery (Tracking)
* Adjust Resource Availability to prioritized programs
* Cross train resources

Qualifications & Requirements

* Bachelors Degree Masters in Technology Preferred.
* 7-10 years Techno Functional program leadership experience, ideally with experience in Big Data and Cloud Solution Implementations
* People leadership skills able to set the vision, role model desired behaviors and develop others
* Program/Project Leadership leading and managing project creation, planning, deliverables and cross functional teammates (example IT, Data Science, Sales, Channel Teams)
* Analytical & communication skills, able to influence others to act and invest in capabilities with compelling business cases
* Ability to translate strategy into action, leveraging knowledge of current business process & practices and evolving technology & data to develop tools and solutions that drive winning results in the marketplace
* Demonstrated track record of capability development that has led to improved business results
