As a part of the Commerce Financial Services (CFS) team, we are enabling cutting-edge transformation in how Microsoft sells online. Customers are moving off traditional retail channels, instead buying technology products online. We are transforming the commercial sales process - modernizing the entire technical stack to enable modern field, partner and customer led motions. CFS is leading Microsoft businesses into the cloud, and powers the online selling experience for Azure, Office 365, XBOX, to name just a few. CFS is in continuous agile evolution, through a services-oriented engineering model, in which the overall solution consists of well-integrated but loosely coupled and independent services. We are modernizing our commerce services engine - we are designing and building a very high scale, highly reliable service that handles millions of transactions a day and billions of dollars every year. The CFS team directly fuels business model innovation and enables new modern business models, and we are critical path to most product teams as we build foundational billing, financial, tax capabilities to support cool new innovative ways to sell Microsoft products and services.

We're looking for a great PM with services experience to help us build the right primitives and capabilities that will allow partner teams to deliver innovative business models on our platform, and the business acumen to deeply understand all of Microsoft's online business models and markets, and build new sales motions for the company.

* 3+ years of program management experience, delivering software as part of an engineering team
* Demonstrated experience in technical requirements gathering and translation of buisinness requirements into functional specifications
* Familiarity with large complex multi-component, multi-tiered systems architecture
* BS/Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline. Proficient with Agile software development methodologies.

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
