* Understand our customers, their industries, and their business needs to drive insights within the product team and turn data into customer-obsessed product plans.
* Through customer obsessed product plans help drive clarity, alignment and execution on product and roadmaps.
* Validate features by prototyping Mixed Reality experiences and executing customer workflows.
* Communicate internally with clarity and precision to drive alignment in small and broad teams.
* Report out to executive leaders on a periodic basis.
* Effectively collaborate, build relationships and influence team members to achieve product objectives.
* Evangelize Mixed Reality platforms and products with customers, partners and at industry events.
* 4+ years of Program Management and/or Product Management experience.
* Experience working through a complete product cycle, from initial design through post-release support, across engineering and product functions.
* High tolerance for ambiguity and change.
* Excellent design and problem-solving skills.
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience in driving customer conversations to solicit unbiased feedback.
* Optional experience with developer platforms: Including API design, SDKs, 3D Development Unity, DirectX, Unreal. Experience building and prototyping iOS, Android, AR, VR applications.
* Optional experience with embedded systems: Experience with embedded system design and silicon-related engagements.
* Optional experience with product planning: Drive market opportunities and partner with Hardware, Software, Marketing, Sales, and Business Planning to deliver business outcomes.
