Evolving business models create challenges for retailers, distributors, manufacturers that are positioning their products on new channels. With the increase in marketplaces and the evolution of traditional retailers to e-commerce providers, businesses need to evolve to have the products represented. Dealing with many order channels, marketplaces, and fulfillment channels requires companies to continue to adapt their business processes to speed the processing of orders in a touchless order process. You will be part of the team responsible for driving our latest big-bet initiatives to solve these top-of-mind problems for business leaders of today and tomorrow. This is a rare opportunity for a developer to get to work on large scale enterprise application integration solution. You will be working with latest greatest Azure technologies, with opportunities to work on front end, back end, optimization algorithms, BI, and AI/ML components. Dynamics 365 is one of the fastest growing products in the Microsoft C+AI team and is part of Microsoft's flagship enterprise solutions on top of the power platform.

- Enable new scenarios by designing-developing-testing features end to end. Create light documentation for your features, for known issues, and troubleshooting guides.

- Drive requirements with Program Managers.

- Drive assigned features or projects independently and enable timely execution and shipping of the same.

- Leverage latest Azure and other Microsoft tech to efficiently build solutions that delight customers.

- Learn continuously, whether it be the latest tech, related business domain, or customer requirements evolution.
- Take on live site responsibilities and drive issues to resolution end to end. Utilize appropriate tooling for troubleshooting, debugging and root cause analysis. Load balance feature development work with live site responsibilities appropriately

Required Qualifications

- 3+ years of industry software engineering experience

- At least one objective oriented computer language is required

Perferred Qualifications

- Advanced analytical and problem solving skills

- Excellent architecture and technical design skills

- Experience with cloud service development is a plus

- Advanced debugging skills and the proven ability to quickly understand other developers' code

- A passion for quality and continuous improvement of processes and software

- Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines, follow development standards and to work independently

- Commitment to team play
