What can you expect?

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Greet clients/vendors, handle multiple lines on switchboard process incoming (including logging incoming checks) and outgoing mail. Miscellaneous typing, purchasing, building maintenance, internal payables and special projects as assigned.

We will count on you to:

* Process Incoming /Outgoing Mail.
* Forward incoming faxes from our main fax line to the appropriate staff member.
* Handle all incoming calls that have forwarded to the switchboard from the main line and
* forward to personnel as requested.
* Receive and log all incoming courier packages daily.
* Responsible for purchasing of office supplies, etc. Maintain inventory.
* Responsible for office maintenance and equipment. Coordinate repair with vendors. Process internal accounts payable.
* Miscellaneous Projects as assigned by Office Services Manager and management team.
* Handle cash receipts and audit deposit of funds to the appropriate account.
* Issue/delete security access cards to staff, auditors/examiners and visitors.
* Miscellaneous duties as required

What you need to have:

* HS diploma or GED
* 2+ years client and customer service experience
* Property & Casualty license OR be able and willing to obtain within 30 days of hire (will require licensing in all 50 states within 90 days of hire)
* Proficiency with MS Office Suite
* Ability to work an 8 hour shift within the hours of operation; 8am 5pm Monday-Friday
