ROLE DESCRIPTION

In this role you will be focused on SAPs Agricultural Contract Management (ACM) offering; facilitating the implementation and support of same to enhance the clients business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction. The day to day role will partner with the customer and the customers system integrator to analyze and define business requirements, processes, and objectives. This role will also support and or deliver configuration, testing and implementation on client systems as well as assist clients in achieving their Digital Transformation vision and Best-Run Business capability from their SAP and other IT investments.

This is a key thought leadership role, requiring a depth of knowledge and clear understanding of SAP technical & functional capabilities as well as business processes and industry best practices. The role will require providing comprehensive advice to our customers on long-term (Big Picture) and short-term (Quick-win) perspectives on their key strategic imperatives and recommended innovations which anticipate the future directions of both business and IT stakeholders. Excellent facilitation and communication skills are essential as is engaging with executive stakeholders, partners and SAP account teams.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Required skills and experience

* A minimum of 10 years professional experience; 4 of which will be with SAP product offerings Implementation experience is also required
* University degree or equivalent business experience
* A minimum of 2 full ACM implementation projects
* Demonstrated experience being a resource to other consultants with an ability to lead teams, execute across application areas, and deliver utilization rates above expectations
* High degree of analytical and conceptual thinking
* Knowledge in commodity trading Agriculture commodity trade industry
* SAP SD/MM module experience
* Excellent presentation and communication skills
* Methodology & Business Process Management expertise
* SAP Technical background a plus knowledge of ABAP and/or debugging skills
* Adept at handling project communications, capable of having peer interactions and engaging with solution stake-holders, managing expectations and proposing value-based offerings.

Experience with the following is preferred; beneficial to possess:

* SAP Commodity Pricing Engine Experience (CPE)
* SAP Global Trade Management (GTM)
* SAP Commodity Management (CM)
* Experience implementing FBS for ACM
* Commodity Treasury Risk Management (CTRM)
