PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
Intelligent Data Management Organization's goal is to realize trusted data across SAP and make it the enabler of business success and transformation. Global Data Process & Adoption Office is a team within Intelligent Data Management department aiming to help SAP run intelligent customer data management processes.
We have kicked off a project aiming to understand the current state of SAPs internal customer data management processes in order to identify their improvement potential. As a part of this project we focus on reviewing internal process documentations and we are now looking for someone who likes to work on meaningful innovative projects, is energized by lifelong learning and stays curious.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
You will be supporting one of our teams project, allowing you to get deep insights in data processes topics and gain experience working within an international environment. This work contributes to laying the foundation for further internal process governance, standardization & automation initiatives.

Your performed tasks will include:
Transcribe process recordings to internal process documentations
Prepare and consolidate detailed working instructions
Utilize internal Standard Operation Procedure format (SOP) and apply it consistently to all process documentations
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
You are the right candidate for this position if you possess the following set of skills and competencies:
Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) & data management experience is an advantage
Pro-active, independent, and well-structured working style with great attention to detail
Ability to work within an international, virtual team
Desire to always be learning, having a collaborative team-player attitude
Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken is a precondition
