Job Description

We are currently recruiting highly qualified candidates, whose background and career goals meet our needs, for the following position in our Huntsville, AL facility. Please note that due to our Department of Defense contract requirements, U.S. CITIZENSHIP IS REQUIRED.
Job Title: Quality Coordinator
Nature and Duties/ Responsibilities
-Review all PO's for accuracy and completeness, and approve for PO placement or reject for corrections
-Review, approve, and sign manual RP's
-Referencing bills-of-material, determine production component part type and commodity, assign Quality and Reliability Terms to new part numbers in AGILE
-Administer and ensure completeness of FRACAS (failure analysis reports) during their life-cycle, closing them when complete
-Review Contract Reviews and Incoming Characteristic Cards and submit upon completion into AGILE
-Administer all Filehold license requirements
-Effectively communicate with Quality Engineers and other members of management to complete documentation issues efficiently.
-Be able to form relationships with internal and external customers
-Working closely with customer source inspectors to insure inspection documentation is completed in a timely manner.
- Keyboarding knowledge
-Organizes and maintains source requests and C of Cs for 2 Quality Engineers
Education and Education
-One year of administrative duties and experience in a technical environment
-Working knowledge of Oracle and Agile in an electronic manufacturing environment
-Any experience with the Filehold Document Handling System
-Administration of production material Purchase Orders i.e., review, validation or pre/post placement handling
The following are also seen as a plus for the candidate:
-Working knowledge of the Microsoft tools including, Word, Excel, and Power Point
-Familiarity with the GOOGLE tools i.e., Mail, Calendar, Meets
-High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
-College experience with studies in Business Administration is beneficial.
-Associates degree in Business Administration is preferred but not required
