Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis - Remote

We are currently looking for a Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis to work in our Madison, NJ office.

The Senior Analyst, Financial Planning and Analysis role is part of the Corporate Finance team at Realogy. This individual will be responsible for forecasting, budgeting, financial results consolidation, data analysis, financial modeling, ad hoc analyses, and assisting with board of director materials.

Key Responsibilities:

* Participate in the preparation of the consolidated financial results on a monthly/quarterly basis
* Develop and prepare monthly/quarterly forecasts for profit and loss, cashflow, and capital expenditures
* Analyze data and trends to provide insight regarding changes in and variances between financial results, forecast, budget, and key accounts
* Prepare ad hoc financial analyses, sensitivity analyses, and financial models
* Support the preparation and consolidation of the Enterprise-wide budget as well as the development, preparation, and consolidation of the Corporate functions budget (including loading the Corporate functions budget into Oracle and Hyperion Financial Management)
* Liaison with all business units for results, analyses, and variance explanations
* Participate in business unit results discussions and annual budget reviews
* Develop presentations to communicate results, budgets, and forecasts to senior leaders
* Support the preparation of presentations to the Board of Directors, Rating Agencies, Investors and Banks
* Identify forecast process enhancements and efficiencies to drive better forecasting

Minimum Requirements:

* Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting required
* Candidates should have at least 5-7 years of experience working in a similar role
* Experience using Hyperion Financial Management, Hyperion Planning, and Oracle required
* Strong Excel and Power Point skills required
* Strong communication and analytical skills required
* Comfortable working with senior business leaders
