Caution against fraudulent job offers!

We have been informed of instances where jobseekers are led to believe of fictitious job opportunities with Deloitte US (Deloitte). In one or more such cases, false promises of actual or potential selection, or initiation or completion of the recruitment formalities appear to have been or are being made. Some jobseekers appear to have been asked to pay money to specified bank accounts of individuals or entities as a condition of their selection for a job with Deloitte. These individuals or entities are in no way connected with Deloitte and do not represent or otherwise act on behalf of Deloitte.

We would like to clarify that:

Work you'll do

As a Senior Consultant within our Cyber Risk team, you will:

Work with Federal clients to mitigate cyber risk and threats

Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work

Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues

Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports

Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products

Assist in proposal development, as requested

Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems Security, Cybersecurity, or related field

2+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience

Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives

Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience

Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools, as well as Internet research tools

Ability to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role

Strong emphasis on Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) deliverables

Project management methodologies and FICAM/NIST identity policies. Sr Consultant would be responsible for but not limited to: Planning, tracking, and reporting on outputs and outcomes; standard meeting minutes and action items tracking; risk, issue, and task tracking; cross-project interdependency management; setting quality control standards and tracking implementation; planning and executing communication plans to stakeholders, developing technical/ functional requirements for specific systems.

Preferred:

Previous Federal Consulting experience

Understanding of fundamental cloud computing concepts

Experience with Information Assurance concepts and processes within the Federal government

Knowledge of and experience with Federal security regulations, standards, and processes including FISMA, FIPS, NIST, and FedRAMP
