Caution against fraudulent job offers!

We have been informed of instances where jobseekers are led to believe of fictitious job opportunities with Deloitte US (Deloitte). In one or more such cases, false promises of actual or potential selection, or initiation or completion of the recruitment formalities appear to have been or are being made. Some jobseekers appear to have been asked to pay money to specified bank accounts of individuals or entities as a condition of their selection for a job with Deloitte. What you'll do
As a Tax Specialist Leader, you will work within an engagement team and draw on experience in accounting and taxation to provide tax compliance and consulting services to multinational clients on the tax implications of their international operations; and you will identify complex tax issues and provide tax analysis and recommendations for these entities and their affiliates. Additional responsibilities will include:
Assisting clients with their implementation of specific international tax structures and processes.
Overseeing complex tax computation projects for clients in diverse industries.
Researching and preparing materials for consulting projects related to tax planning considerations.
Providing leadership, counseling, and career guidance for the development and motivation of the engagement team.
Supervising tax consultants, senior consultants, and managers.

Qualifications
Required:
8+ years' experience providing tax planning services or preparing and reviewing client work, preferably with a focus on international taxation
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or other business-related field
CPA, Enrolled Agent, or other appropriate certification
Experience managing senior-level client relationships
Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment
Strong executive presence and experience participating in strategic planning initiatives
Strong research and verbal and written communication skills
Travel up to 25% (While 25% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)

Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred:
Previous Big 4 experience
