Caution against fraudulent job offers!

We have been informed of instances where jobseekers are led to believe of fictitious job opportunities with Deloitte US (Deloitte). In one or more such cases, false promises of actual or potential selection, or initiation or completion of the recruitment formalities appear to have been or are being made. Some jobseekers appear to have been asked to pay money to specified bank accounts of individuals or entities as a condition of their selection for a job with Deloitte. These individuals or entities are in no way connected with Deloitte and do not represent or otherwise act on behalf of Deloitte.

We would like to clarify that:

* At Deloitte, ethics and integrity are fundamental and not negotiable.
* We are against corruption and neither offer bribes nor accept them, nor induce or permit any other party to make or receive bribes on our behalf.

Work you'll do:

* The Growth Operations Specialist will split time between Audit Private, the Growth Steering Committee, and general operations

* Audit Private:

o Drive actions supporting the Audit Private strategy in collaboration with local Audit Private leaders

o Collaborate with the Global Private team and support data reporting initiatives

o Gather and summarize data to support analysis to assist in the creation of presentations and meeting preparations with Audit Private leaders and senior managers.

o Support the team in the areas of business research, information management, knowledge sharing and special projects.

o Support Global Audit Private pursuit processes with different aspects of information; data analysis, client data, audit pursuit content. A large part of the role will require working in virtual teams with people in other countries.

o Working with the Sales Enabling Technologies team enhance Audit Private pipeline reporting

* Growth Steering Committee:

o Provide support for the Audit & Assurance Growth Steering Committee including executive communication development, preparations for meetings, and data management

* General Growth operations:

o Support the entire Growth organization in the areas of budget management, forecasting, headcount management, Talent initiatives

o Additional projects as needed in the areas of Global Defend and Global Capture

* 5+ years of experience supporting large programs for a global or multi-national organization

* Experienced in working with market data and reporting

* Proven significant experience with the entire Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

* Strong oral and written communication skills, including excellent executive level communication

* Outstanding attention to detail and adherence to project deadlines

* Ability to work effectively, both independently and as a member of a team and remotely

* Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

* Ability to think outside the box while identifying problems and developing creative solutions

Other Qualifications:

* Experience in a client service environment

* Experience in developing or executing program strategies across diverse cultures and geographies
