Is responsible for discussing with patients their financial responsibility on accounts and providing assistance in working toward resolution of expected or current outstanding balances.

Education:
* High school graduate or equivalent as well as formalized computer training and college course work is preferred.
Experience:
* At least twelve (12) months prior healthcare billing or collections experience is required.
* Must be able to manage high volumes of work within strict deadlines; perform duties without prompting and with very little supervision; and have a basic knowledge of medical insurance.
