Line of Business Role Description

This role will support the GBAM Operations organization as a Quality Assurance (QA) Consultant responsible for conducting QA reviews of program and project documentation to ensure evidence is provided that meets Enterprise Change Standard requirements.

Responsibilities will include:

* Assist change management in understanding requirements included in the Enterprise Standards and GBAM Change Procedures and support a continuous education feedback loop by documenting and tracking key risks and gap areas for communication/training routines.
* Work with processes and tools such as PPRT, ECG/CECE Remedy, and SharePoint to drive completion of QA reviews.
* Support the continuous improvement of QA processes through ongoing analysis of issues and control improvements for remediation, while assisting in building and tracking actions plans and milestones to completion
* Provide insight on execution of projects including early awareness of emerging risks

Proactively develop relationships with project teams and PMOs acting as the project teams main point of contact for PIMO activities.

Required Skills

* Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of quality assurance.
* Must be a prior Year Up Intern
* Experience in execution and monitoring of quality assurance activities.
* Ability to work in team-oriented environment with strong aptitude for problem solving.
* Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
* Strong communication skills: written, verbal, presentation and meeting facilitation
* Ability to build relationships and influence at multiple levels
* Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Strict attention to detail and dedication to flawless work product
* Outstanding organizational and planning skills
