DESCRIPTION
Were seeking an exceptionally talented multi-channel marketer to join Amazons local based service offerings. This role will be responsible for driving and managing content for the Grocery business on Amazon Fresh and Prime Now. There will be a lot of testing, learning and iterating, and therefore, were looking for a data-driven Marketing Manager with strong analytical skills, excellent business judgment, and an ability to deliver results in a rapidly evolving and ambiguous environment.
This Marketing Manager must have demonstrated ability to move fluidly in a rapidly changing environment, as well as best-in-class written and verbal communication skills. You will work closely with internal and external partners to conceive and propose customer-facing strategies and concepts, and guide those projects to completion to hit customer, order, and revenue goals across AmazonFresh and Prime Now. This will include creating complex experiment frameworks, analyzing results, and structuring scalable campaigns across a variety of customer-facing channels and touch points. You must be able to work at a tactical level (managing campaigns with merchandising tools, analyzing traffic data, and solving problems). This role is inherently cross-functional, working closely with external partners, central marketing teams, selection, catalog, design, operations, and product teams.
Key responsibilities:
Responsible for updating on-site content and merchandising across AmazonFresh and Prime Now
Analyze and recommend merchandising, search and browse tactics to ensure the best customer journey
Develop data-driven customer insights that are actionable and impactful
Work with brands to develop and execute key marketing campaigns
Leverage data to determine campaign impact, analyze results, and optimize programs to support broader business goals
Report progress against goals and relevant marketing metrics at regular intervals and ad-hoc
Execute test and learn frameworks, implement improvements, invest in areas that drive scalable results, and share best practices
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree
Strong analytical and quantitative skills including the ability to marry customer research with performance metrics to conceive and assess the efficacy of marketing campaigns
High degree of organization and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
Excellent writing and copy editing skills
Experience with content management systems (CMS)
Experience with HTML and XML
MS Office, Excel, SharePoint
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Proven ability to create customer-facing content that is on-brand, relevant, and tailored to targeted audiences
Strong analytical approach to attribution funnel metrics measurement and campaign performance
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively while applying sound business judgment and quantitative analytics
