What do you bring to the job?

* Must have 3+ years of recruiting experience in high volume recruiting

* Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with candidates over the phone

* Proficient in all the Microsoft products as well as Applicant Management Systems

* Have a strong aptitude and passion for learning

* Ability to create relationships and collaborate with others
