You are:
The Global Health Core Team Manager is part of the growing ADP Health domain team. The key aspects of this role are to lead high quality consulting engagements and business development across a portfolio of Accenture Development Partnerships Health clients and to help develop strategic market offerings. The Manager may also provide support on a variety of Health domain projects. Key activities will include Develop meaningful client relationships and drive sales Support the delivery of strategic projects in Global Health Support the development of RFP responses, EOI responses and concept notes Support the development of market intelligence research and go to market strategies. You have energy and drive in abundance, along with personal resilience, a passion for serving clients, and a love of continual learning. You have a flair for breaking down processes into logical parts and constructing crystal-clear reasoning and analysesan aptitude you use to decimate problems. Communication and people skills? The work:
The key aspects of this role are to lead high quality consulting engagements and business development across a portfolio of ADP Health clients and to help develop strategic market offerings. The Manager may also provide support on a variety of Health domain projects. Key activities will include:
* Developing, qualifying, selling, and delivering global health opportunities with leading INGOs, foundations, donors, businesses, governments, multilaterals, and ventures.
* Driving ADP global health practice development for key growth areas. May include leading or supporting global health strategy development and annual planning, global health account planning, market positioning strategy/ thought leadership, offering development, learning agenda, Accenture commercial interlock with Life Sciences and Health practices, analytics, etc.
* Act as global health focal point for key ADP geographic teams; engage and support priority geo CALs in opportunity pursuit, coordination, enablement, and pipeline oversight of global health opportunities.
* Serve as oversight for flagship global health projects as appropriate.
* Manages teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.
* Travel: For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only. Please note: The safety and well-being of our people continues to be the top priority, and our decisions around travel are informed by government COVID-19 response directives, recommendations from leading health authorities and guidance from a number of infectious disease experts
Qualifications
Here's what you need:
* Minimum of 4 years strategy consulting experience with international development sector clients; one or more of the following preferred:
* Large INGOs
* Private foundations
* Private sector
* Bilateral/multilateral donors
* Governments
* A Bachelors Degree
* Strong quantitative skills and analytical thinker with 2-3 years of prior experience in driving insights using statistics or data analysis
Bonus Points if:
* You have an advanced degree (MBA, MPP)
* You have a minimum of 4 years Health & Life Sciences experience
* You have a minimum of 4 years experience working in Strategy & Partnerships
* You have experience working in low and/or middle-income countries and have an understanding of global health sector (key stakeholders, issues, etc.)

* Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment

* Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
