Senior Payroll Analyst

JLL is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst to join our team. This position, working within ADP, will be responsible for, but not limited to, reviewing existing business processes to make specific recommendations about what needs to improve in our day-to-day process and completing audits of time entry prior to posting-to-pay. The right candidate will have experience in ADP or equivalent , and a proven ability to troubleshoot issues when they arise.

Job Responsibilities:

* Review the payroll processes from end to end to identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
* Identify process slowdowns and ensure compliance with CBA and company policies.
* Work with the management team to prioritize suggested changes
* Ability to work effectively with on-site management and the account team to meet targets.
* Coordinate testing for new pay rules with ADP when needed.
* Support the team by troubleshooting any issues they encounter.
* Attend New Transition meetings with manager(s) to ensure the onboarding process is met by Transitions teams.
* Support and training the team with onboarding and refresher training.
* Audit time entry against built schedules to ensure time entry is correct.
* Support the team in ensuring that the correct employee hours are sent to the payroll system each weekly and biweekly pay period. This includes setting up and assigning employees to their correct pay rules, accrual profiles, work rules, employee licensing type, time zone and security access.

Requirements:

* College Degree Preferred
* 5+ years experience
* ADP or equivalent experience required
* Organized and attention to detail
