JOB PURPOSE:
We are currently seeking a candidate to assist in the Epoxy Via Fill department.
NATURE OF DUTIES:
The candidate will be working with Peters, Tayio and San Ei epoxies and must be able to follow vendor recommendation for baking epoxy. May be taping and preparing panels for via fill process. Candidate should also be able to planerize product. Job will also include driving company vehicle for pick up and delivery to customers, vendors, etc.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
* Must be able to follow instructions and be able to learn new processes.
* Minimum 2-4 years experience in PCB industry.
* Must have good attention to detail and good quality.
* Must be available to work overtime as dictated by business necessity.
* Job requires long periods of standing up to 80%.
* Must have good communications skills.
