The work:

* As the Migration Lead/Engineer you will be a technical senior resource and have had prior data and or cloud migration experience

* Experience in technical project management

* Hands on experience working with mainfraim and database teams

* Responsible for interacting with clients inside and outside or organizations

* Oversee contractors running the systems during migration

* Experience leading at least 2 projects with at least 6 months duration implementing automation frameworks including one or more of the following: Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Salt

* Experience leading at least 2 projects with at least 6 months duration using or implementing development & automation tools such as Git, Jenkins, Jira, Terraform, Kubernetes, Nexus

* 3+ years of experience scripting and/or programming in a Unix, Linux, Windows environment

* Experience on a project with at least 6 months duration designing and implementing container-based applications

Qualifications

Heres what you need:

* Bachelors Degree and 10 + years full-time experience. Experience can be considered in lieu of degree

* Experience architecting and implementing solutions using container orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes, Konvoy, OpenShift, or Mesos

* Experience architecting and implementing solutions using private or public cloud

* Experience integrating DevOps pipeline with test automation tools

* Experience architecting and implementing infrastructure as code solutions

The extras:

* Must be a US Citizen, Dual Citizen, or Green Card Holder

Bonus points if:

* Cloud certification such as: AWS-CSA-A (AWS), MCSA Cloud Platform (MS Azure), or Professional Cloud Architect (GCP) preferred
* Atlassian Crucible
* Experience with NIST/DISA security guidance
* Comfortable with Linux and Windows environments
* Dynatrace
* Icinga
* Kong Kubernetes Ingress
* Microsoft Active Directory
* Microsoft IIS
* Rancher RKE2 (Kubernetes k3s)
* Rancher Server
* Redhat JBPM
* RedHat Satellite
