Role Description:
Support the Commercial Finance function. Partner with Channel Finance functional leaders. Responsible for developing the forecasting, annual Operating Plan and executive level communication and reporting. Develop and review results of analytical tools for the purpose of measuring, explaining and implementation of action plans to improve performance.

Primary Areas of Responsibility:

Create management reporting to drive decisions and insight; metric development

Support OP and forecasting process/tools

Support continuous improvement management reporting

Create BU, Groups level forecasts submission for SG&A

Conduct analytics, reporting and communication documents for internal and external stakeholders

Support monthly and quarterly business review processes

Identify and evaluate growth and profit opportunities across the Commercial function

Develop and deploy Finance tools and reports across the Commercial Finance organization

Key Experience & Qualifications

Minimum Experience: 3+ years

Unique Qualifications or Skills: Financial or business related analysis experience including previous experience in managing a finance team.

Strong analytical, interpersonal skills and broad knowledge of accounting principles, practices and procedures.

High business acumen and increased collaboration with both functional business leaders

Consumer and or Retail industry background preferred.

Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance preferred. MBA Degree or CPA preferred.
