As a Senior Industry Solutions Developer you will have a significant impact on Salesforce's success by designing, building and supporting our global demo delivery platform with industry specific solutions. In this role you will focus on using your development skills to bring our B2C Commerce Cloud solutions to life to provide Solutions Engineers with the tools they need to deliver compelling industry demos. This includes front and back end development of B2C Commerce websites, integrations to other Salesforce product clouds including Marketing and Service, and keeping up with the pace of innovation incorporating new product features into our Industry Demo Environments. We are looking to hire a talented, flexible and creative developer that will help us innovate, serve our stakeholder, and have a great time while doing so.

Responsibilities:

* Work with stakeholders to refine and capture requirements in an iterative fashion.
* Participate in development life cycle activities like design, coding, testing and production release.
* Serve as an expert on our B2C Commerce product offerings, determining the most effective way to incorporate them into our cross-cloud industry demo environments.
* Define & implement integration architecture needed for industry demos incorporating multiple Salesforce product clouds with a focus on Commerce, Marketing, and Service clouds.
* Design, build and evolve automation processes used throughout the demo development lifecycle.
* Research, architect and build solutions for continuous integration between Salesforce orgs.
* Operate effectively in the hybrid engineering model where engineers are expected to be able to design and execute the necessary work to ensure quality in their own code as well as other engineers.
* Provide attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality, stable deliverables
* Work with product designers to take a prototype and bring it to life.
* Work seamlessly as part of a global team

Required Skills
A successful candidate will be technically savvy and business proficient, and will thrive on ensuring our internal clients are successful with our tools. Youll also have:

* Ability to architect a solution from beginning to end to meet stakeholder requirements
* Ability to build products with scalability, quality and performance in mind - used by 100K users.
* Experience with full-stack development
* Experience using HTML, CSS/Sass, JavaScript, jQuery
* Experience using React, Vue, Angular or other front end equivalent
* Experience using Node.js for backend
* Understanding of programming concepts and modern web development technologies (including frameworks, MVC concepts, and relational data management)
* Experience deploying and maintaining web applications on Heroku
* Understand systems of Node package manager
* Understanding of user experience principles and guidelines
* Proven experience using technology to solve problems and provide scale through increased user efficiency
* Self-directed problem solver, proven track record of strong collaboration and communication working with business and technical stakeholders.
* Desire to work in a growing, fast-paced learning while doing environment of innovation
* Able to present progress and ideas to the team
* Be able to manage and prioritize effectively and independently

Desired Skills

* Experience with Agile development methodology
* Experience with Salesforce B2C Commerce (formerly Demandware)
* Experience with Salesforce platform development including APEX and Lightning Web Components
* Experience with Mobile Application development using ReactNative, Objective C, and Java
* Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager

Education & Experience

* 4-6 years of software development experience
* BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
