PGIM Operations and Innovation drives digital transformation, modern data analytics, and operational excellence across PGIM in partnership with our business and corporate functions. We are aligned into seven verticals to drive innovative solutions and deliver operational services that contribute to PGIM being a world-class investment manager. We are looking for a motivated and bright individual like you to be a Digital Transformation Lead within our dynamic environment. We are looking to showcase your success through initiative, ownership, analysis, communication and teamwork. What we are looking for:

We are in search for a Digital Transformation Lead to drive new digital initiatives across PGIMs various business units. You will need to be a proven change leader with a passion for transformation and innovation. You will have an opportunity to take part in our global business transformation.

What you will do:

* Design and drive initiatives that will advance PGIMs digital capabilities client-facing digital strategy, in partnership with the businesses
* Have end-to-end responsibilities from inception to launch for key digital initiatives, managing the product and execution roadmaps, and driving delivery
* Understand business needs across the organization and be a champion of digital innovation to help modernize and solve business problems
* Partner with the PGIM business units and digital marketing teams to enhance client engagement and offerings
* Provide thought leadership and contribute to the development of PGIM digital strategy for sales, marketing, and client service
* Develop new innovative ideas, particularly in client facing digital capabilities, working in partnership with leading vendors and start-up companies

What you will need:

* 8+ years of experience in product management or project management.
* 5+ years of proven experience driving and delivering digital transformation projects.
* Strong experience with building cross-business partnerships, digital customer experience, web and mobile channels, and data analysis.
* Strong analytical skills working with multiple sources of data.
* Proven ability to communicate effectively.
* Bachelors degree
