As a Data Analyst you will utilize various business intelligence tools to establish and monitor metrics within the Recruitment space. In this role you will participate in special projects which could involve creating reports for HR leadership team (HRLT) and other HR group (HRG) partners, performing deep dives on data trends for analysis, auditing the general ledger for recruitment cost centers, forecasting and other analytical functions and generating ad hoc reports.

What you will do in this role:

* You will assist the AVP in monitoring, analyzing, and improving established metrics to assess overall recruitment performance
* Audit and identify improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive) and work with stake holders to implement
* You will develop reporting needs to accommodate business deep dives into issues affecting operators
* Use technical interpretation to understand customer data needs to provide appropriate insight on underlying business needs
* SQL query writing and scripting

What qualifications you will need:

* Bachelors degree
* 1 or more years of relevant experience
