We are looking for an exceptional Operations Support Supervisor to lead efforts for our MA and LVN team. What you will do in this role:

* Support, lead, and develop complex, cross-functional and time sensitive business initiatives
* Project Management: Planning, estimation, work breakdown structure development, resource planning and management, scope of definition, issues and risks management/mitigation, dashboard reporting, meetings, initiates follow-up and corrective action, and steering committee/governance of initiatives
* Managing internal communications (memos, newsletters, etc.)
* Coordinates project work with operations to accomplish efficiently and effectively
* Prepares documents and reports as assigned
* Assists with regulatory or compliance initiatives, tracking, record keeping
* Audit monitoring and reporting : Quality, safety, compliance and operational performance standards to include occupational health
* Supports overall patient experience and employee engagement
* Supports occupational health sales team on strategic growth and business development

Qualifications

What Qualifications you will need:

* Clinical background in Medical Assisting or Nursing is preferred
* Bachelors Degree or equivalent education and/or experience is required
* Experience in Urgent Care or Ambulatory experience is required
* Three or more years of experience with Occupational Medicine, Workers Comp, and Referral processes
* Three or more years of experience with patient satisfaction and complaints
* Experienced with Project Management and creating training protocols
* Advance written and communication skills

This role is based at the Home Office in Coppell, Texas. You must have reliable transportation and be able to travel within the Dallas Fort Worth Market to assist with the field initiatives.
