What does a great Sr. Administrative Assistant do?
You will be the compass that keeps everything moving forward with a team consistently beating expectations. As the Sr. Administrative Assistant you are a savvy professional who will build a great connection, then inherently know many of the next steps needed. You have a can do, and will do attitude!
The Sr. Administrative Assistant supporting a Leader in Risk and Compliance will be very efficient and organized. You will create more time in their executives day by managing demanding calendars in multiple time zones, coordinating international and domestic travel, and coordinating departmental meetings.

This role is the glue that holds the team together. This position is imperative to keeping the executives on target with deadlines.

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
High School Diploma, GED or local equivalent.
3+ years of administrative experience.

Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education:
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Communication, Finance, or any other related field.
5+ years of administrative experience.
Experience in supporting multiple executives in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Proven organizational skills and ability to effectively manage multiple calendars, international travel itineraries, meetings, and phone calls.
Proficiency in Concur Travel and Expense.
Highly proficient with technology (WebEx, Skype for Business, iPhones, Outlook, etc.)
Effective time management and organizational skills; able to balance multiple priorities.
Effectively problem solves a variety of issues and topics within the job scope.
The ability to be professional, clear, articulate, and accurate, both verbally and in writing.
Ability to set up and maintain email, file-sharing, and calendars.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
Ability to effectively interact and communicate with senior level management and corporate contacts.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong attention to detail.
Experience managing sensitive and confidential information.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
