RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
The Americas Financing Group within the Investment Banking Division is looking for an experienced Analyst to join the Equity Capital Markets group in New York.
The Equity Capital Markets team originates, structures, and executes equity, convertible and equity derivative financings and solutions on behalf of Goldman Sachs global corporate client base (multinational corporations, private companies and financial sponsors). This includes, but is not limited to, initial public offerings, SPACs, direct listings, follow-ons, block trades, convertibles, PIPEs, and private placements. The group collaborates with many other areas of the division and the firm, particularly classic banking groups within Investment Banking Division and Equity Sales and Trading within Global Markets Division.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree completed
At least 1 year of relevant banking experience
A keen, long-term interest in investment banking and the financial markets. Specific experience in a capital markets role at a major banking firm is advantageous, but not a requirement.
