Help clients define and plan effective execution of their strategic direction and vision. Advise clients on how to translate corporate strategy and business insight into change to impact the clients organization or functions within it. Help clients improve business performance by providing business advisory services that achieve measurable benefits. Provide performance strategy and performance benchmarking services. Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.
Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.
Full time employment, Monday Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am 5:30 pm
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, International Relations, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, International Relations, or related field and 4 years of work experience.
Must have 2 years of quantitative and qualitative strategy advisory or consulting experience.
Must have 4 years of experience structuring the work plan, including conducting fact-based analysis, developing and testing alternative hypotheses, and designing new strategies with clients.
Must have 4 years of experience in rigorous data analysis in support of hypothesis development.
Must have 2 years of experience in at least 2 of the following: providing growth strategy, covering the strategic planning process, operating model design, competitive analysis, brand strategy, strategic investment analysis, or enterprise cost reduction.
Must have 2 years of advisory, consulting, or industry experience with selling and delivering successful, high-impact strategy projects.
Must have 2 years of experience writing and delivering presentations for executives and Senior Managers.
Must have 2 years of experience managing a team of junior advisory or consulting professionals.
Requires travel up to 80%, of which 20% may be international, to serve client needs.
