Monday-Friday / Full-Time

Start Times:

Corral (Packing/Loading): 9:45 AM

LTL (Trailer Loading): 10:30 AM

Hourly Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

*Eligible for a sign-on bonus up to $600!!! ($300 paid out at completion of 30-days and $300 paid out at completion of 90-days)*

Duties of a Packer/Loader:

* Ensures product is prepared, packed and shipped correctly to our customers.
* Shipments consist of any order over 400 LBS. Packers are required to handle product on a regular basis to build palletized orders.
* Exceeds our customers expectations for quality by validating all items are correct, damage free and prepped (shrink wrapped) for transport.
* Loaders will load all shipments into a carrier trailer utilizing a manual pallet jack or a Counter balance (forklift). Power equipment training is required.
* Meets or exceeds internal requirements for safety, quality, productivity, attendance, and Team Work. Processing is a TEAM effort!!!
* Previous warehouse experience is not required. We are seeking hard-working and motivated team members with a passion for operational excellence. If you have what it takes to be successful, we will train you.

Position Requirements:

Able to work safely and productively in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to tolerate an environment with exposure to heat, cold, noise, dust and work around moving equipment; Able to meet performance requirements including overtime as required; Able to frequently lift up to 75 pounds; This role requires the use of powered equipment (forklift, tugger). Able to operate computerized scanning equipment; work in team environment; possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent and is at least 18 years of age.
